Can the Bible and the Qu'ran both be used to incite violence, depending on the page you select?

The Qu'ran contains both peaceful pages and violent. So depending on who follows it, whose preaching, who wants to say what's the most important, is where you get these radical extreme thoughts. So it depends on the readers' interpretation of it. No one is born to hate, hatred is taught.
