What could this mean?

i have some weird things happening to me and i wanted to know what they could mean. my chest has started to hurt a little bit, around my heart mor than anywhere else, kind of a shortness of breath, and excessive mucus in my stools, sometimes it feels like i have to go to the bathroom a lot, but i go, and it is usually a little bit of mucus. plz help me. tks
