Why is Wal-Mart Meat Rubbery?
I purchased some pork from Wal-mart at it was very chewy and very salty. I purchased it again weeks later, because I forgot, and same thing. I purchased a beef roast, same -- chewy and salty! It's like they've injected the meat with rubber or gum!
