Is it faster to get a LPN license and then get you RN license? Or just skip the LPN and go for the RN?

Skip the LPN. An LPN program lasts a year, sometimes longer, and then you'd have to go back to school to bridge to an RN. You can become an RN in 2 years if you get an ociate's degree. In the long run I believe it's cheaper and less of a hle.
