If I was to move to an area of Spain where Castilian is spoken, will I need to lisp or can I just do a s sound?

I don't really like the castilian lisp (no offence) I prefer the sss sound that south americans use. I listen to some Shakira songs in spanish and she pronounces words like "corazon" like corson as opposed to corathon. I just think it sounds better and because i hear that more as well. Is it ok?
