Read this stomach gflu maybe???

hi im a male age 16 and for 3 weeks iv been sick but on the second week i got better for 5 days then got sick and aneyways my lower right abdomens largerthan my left but i had the hosptal give me a bloodtest,urintest,xray so if it were appendicitis i think it would have sowed and last night i was poplng tiny pebles and befor then had watery bowl movments so i took some detlax orw/e and now its 10 am and i got to bed at 7 am becouse not feeling good i cant stay off the toilet and worse off i cant whipe myself it stings pleas tell me what you think also last but not least when i first got sick i was outside no sweat shirt in 10 degress for a while and i felt lke my body was shaking when in bed someone tell me is this normal and also i havent beenable to eat much and mainly applesuece and bland ?
