Should we send our own sucide troops?

For years now it seems I cannot turn around without some punk shooting people then shooting themself. Shouldn't we recruit these people to perform sucide attacks on terrorists like the terrorists do to us? Give these kids designer gles, nice coats a decent weapon or bomb and tell them to go "jihad" on the terrorists.
