If not a pituitary tumor... WHAT?

Patient has palor of the optic nerve, a bitemporal visual field deficit that respects the midline, an odd history of weight fluctuation, is constantly thirsty, frequent urination, red face, joint pain upon waking and resting, some mood/psychiatric symptoms, sleep disturbance, pitting edema, cold intolerance, exertion intollerance and shortness of breath, to name a few. What might this be if an MRI came back negative for a pituitary adenoma? Where would you go next?
