OK, I'm new to electric guitars, so be patient...?

So far I am thinking of getting an Ibanez GRGA32 OR Squier Obey HSS Stratocaster OR Schecter Guitar research omen 6 ( If you have any other good guitars that offer a heavy metal sound, post it in your answer ). OK, don't laugh when I ask this....In order to play an electric guitar I need an amp and what else? I want an amp that gives a heavy metal feel, and under 300$, but I don't know what else I need to make my guitar complete.
