Where can I get a 3D interactive car program?

I'm looking for a program that is or at least similar to those 3D cars that you sometimes see on NASCAR races. You can click a on and you get a view of the engine or front suspension or any other part of the car with some parts transparent so you can see the inner workings. Doesn't need to be any type of car specifically just a nice program.
