Hmm seems to me like drama. She is being noisy and something else is going on. If I were you just confront him you have a right to know what he is saying especially since it involves you. If he isn't willing to tell you leave it alone. There is no point in trying to pry information from him eventually he will tell you if he Truly cares for you.
