What would be a good presentation/project for my Genetically Modified Plant cl?

I need a good idea for my Plant Genetics cl. It's a University, 4800 level course which requires a strong Chem background. My major is more Zoology based and I would like my project to reflect that fact. The presentation needs to be about 30 mins long. Last semester someone did their presentation on those little neon fish that glow because they use the same stuff to make plants glow...I want to do something that also involves animals in this way. Any ideas?
